FOOD TRAY & TABLE STYLING
For those who prefer not to cook, we offer food tray options for their convenience. Further, guests celebrating a special occasion can avail of our table styling services to elevate their dining experience.
HELPER
Helpers to assist with mise en place, grilling, cleaning up after every meal and dishwashing are also available for a minimal cost. Please note that cooking is not included in their tasks.

Our sleeping arrangements are designed with families and close friends in mind, particularly for guests who are comfortable with bed-sharing. We recommend planning and making arrangements in advance according to your group’s needs and preferences.

Everything You Need To Know For Your Stay

Pets are welcome at Maison Montana. Up to 3 house pets are allowed. Pet policies apply.
Our occupancy limit depends on the package availed. Our room arrangements can accommodate anywhere from 20 up to 40 guests based on bed sharing.
Calatagan Sandbar (Approx. 40 mins away) A tidal sandbar that appears during low tide—great for photos and swimming.
Cape Santiago Lighthouse (Approx. 20 mins away) One of the oldest lighthouses in the country, with sweeping views of the West Philippine Sea.
Sto. Domingo de Silos Parish Church (Approx. 10 mins away) A historic Spanish-era church located in Calatagan town proper.
Toiletries such as shampoo, body wash, toilet paper, and hand soap are provided. Also beddings such as pillow covers, bed sheets, and blankets. On the other hand, towels are NOT provided and must be brought in by the guest.
Our fully-equipped kitchen area has the following inclusions:
- Fully functional kitchen (gas range with 1 pot & 1 casserole, rice cooker, blender, water dispenser, electric kettle, coffee maker, refrigerator, griller [charcoal needed and must be brought by guests], baking oven, oven toaster, and microwave oven)
- Dining utensils good for up to 20 pax (plates, drinking glasses, spoon & fork)
Extra sets will be provided for groups with additional guests.

Lucsuhin Market
For fresh produce like meat and vegetables, the nearest option is Lucsuhin Market, located about 7 km from the Casa along the main route.Tip: If you’re coming from Manila, consider stopping by Tagaytay Public Market via the Sta. Rosa route for more variety.

A convenient stop for grocery needs, located approximately 30 minutes before reaching the property. -
Alfamart & Siltos Supermarket
For last-minute essentials such as ice tubes, charcoal, and other convenience items, you’ll find these stores just 10 meters before the turn onto Lucsuhin Road.
There are currently no restaurants in the immediate area of the property.
The nearest restaurant is at Lago De Oro, approximately 30 minutes away, and is along the route before reaching Maison Montana. Many of our guests also choose to stop by Tagaytay—a great place for dining and sightseeing—since it’s conveniently along the way. It’s a perfect stopover either before or after your stay with us.
Please note that our published rate covers the exclusive rental of the property for vacation purposes only.
For guests hosting intimate events, such as weddings, and wishing to hire third-party suppliers for the day of the event, an additional third-party fee will apply, on top of the base rental fee. The fee is determined by the specific package selected and includes suppliers such as makeup artists, photographers, servers, waiters, hosts, event organizers, and similar personnel.
Smoking is strictly prohibited inside all indoor areas of the Maison.
We have a dedicated outdoor smoking area for those who wish to. Please be reminded that any damage caused by indoor smoking—including smoke odors or residue—will be taken seriously and may result in deductions from your security deposit.
